Oral Argument Calendar
The Court's Oral Argument Calendar identifies panels assigned to a day scheduled for oral argument. The judges on the panel, or assigned to a particular case, are subject to change. If the panel changes, this calendar will be updated as soon as possible. The first oral argument usually begins at 9:30, but could begin later if oral argument has not been requested in a scheduled case.
The Court holds both in-person and remote video oral arguments. * In-person arguments are noted by the county where the arguments will be held. * Remote arguments are noted by "Zoom." * If all cases are submitted without oral arguments, this is noted by "Submitted."
Zoom oral arguments are livestreamed to the Court's YouTube channel.
In-person arguments will be recorded and a recording of the argument will be posted on the YouTube channel (generally after noon on the day of oral argument).

2025 Holiday Schedule The Court's main office follows the holiday schedule adopted by Summit County. Accordingly, the Court's office in Akron, Ohio, will be closed on the following dates in 2025. The clerks of court may follow a different schedule and those offices may be closed on different days; check with the individual clerk's office to determine whether the clerk of courts is closed.
